Request Counseling
If you’ve read the Counseling page and believe this kind of help would be helpful for you and your spouse, this is where you begin.
This form is a simple first step. It lets us hear a little of your story so we can respond thoughtfully, pray for you, and share the next steps in the counseling process.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out. A short, honest description is enough.
Who This Is For
This counseling ministry is especially for:
- Christian husbands and wives who feel stuck, distant, or discouraged
- couples who want to work through conflict, hurt, or patterns that keep repeating
- believers who want counsel that is shaped by Scripture rather than psychology
- individuals seeking biblical help for personal struggles that affect their marriage
If that describes where you are, you are welcome to reach out.
What Happens After You Send Your Request
We want the process to be clear and gentle, not confusing or overwhelming.
1. We read and pray over your request
Once your form is submitted, we take time to read what you’ve shared and consider how we can best serve you.
2. We reply to you by email
You will receive a personal email with:
- a brief response to your request
- information about possible scheduling
- the Biblical Counseling Agreement (PDF)
- the Personal Data Inventory (PDI) (PDF)
These documents explain how counseling works and give us helpful background so we can make the most of your first session.
3. You review and complete the documents
You will be asked to:
- read the Biblical Counseling Agreement
- sign and return it
- fill out the PDI as best you can
If you have any questions about what you are reading or filling out, you can simply ask in your reply. We are happy to clarify.
4. We confirm your first session
After we receive your completed forms, we will work with you to confirm a date and time for your first session, either online or in person depending on what is possible.
A Few Things To Know
This is biblical counseling.
Our counsel flows from Scripture. We do not offer professional mental-health or medical treatment, diagnose disorders, or prescribe medication.
There is no counseling fee.
We do not charge for counseling. If you choose to give a voluntary gift to support the ministry at some point, that is appreciated but never required or expected.
Marriage counseling involves both spouses whenever possible.
If you are married and seeking help for your relationship, we encourage both husband and wife to participate in counseling. There may be times when individual meetings are helpful, but our goal is to work with you together.
Your local church matters.
Biblical counseling is most fruitful when you remain connected to your local church and under the care of your pastors or elders. When it seems wise and spiritually helpful, we may encourage you to involve them so they can support the work God is doing in your marriage.
Ready to Take the First Step?
If you are ready to begin, please fill out the form below as honestly and simply as you can. You do not need to share every detail here.
A few sentences about your main concern are enough to start the conversation, and we will follow up with you by email.
